The Role
As an OD Consultant - Leadership, you will support the design and implementation of leadership programs as part of an enterprise-wide transformation initiative. Working closely with leadership and project managers, you'll help drive cultural change by developing and delivering leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver leadership programs and evaluations.
Collaborate with teams to assess leadership needs.
Facilitate leadership workshops and promote leadership excellence.
Develop tools to measure program impact and ensure continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor engagement for program delivery.
Skills & Experience
Strong OD experience, with a focus on leadership and culture change.
A professional services or consulting background highly regarded
Experience in transformation or project environments.
Resilience under pressure and ability to handle competing demands.
Agile experience is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
