The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thymes menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.
The Senior Food & Beverage Attendant will work across the barista and bar areas of the restaurant (Thyme), which also include servicing the outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge, by:
Assisting with open/close of restaurant
Training food and beverage staff
Stock control
Greet and seat incoming guests to their tables
Provide and explain menu items
Provide advice in relation to the beverage
