We have a rewarding position at Doutta Galla Aged Care for a Roving Care Manager. This role will provide support and relief nursing management across Doutta Gallas Residential Aged Care Homes, seven of which are in Melbournes Western Suburbs and one is in Shepparton.
The Role:
As a Roving Care Manager, you will be provide clinical direction to nursing teams and care staff across our homes. Whilst this is a full-time role Monday to Friday, due to the nature of the role it requires the flexibility to work across our homes.
Duties will include:
Delivering clinical care services, care planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical care.
Ensuring an effective and customer focused service delivery for all residents.
Providing clinical support and advice to all staff; including staff management
