We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated Graduate Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team to provide essential support across the graduate employee lifecycle. Working as part of a national team, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our graduates, from application to onboarding and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Graduate Recruitment team nationally, from application, interviews, onboarding and program management (rotations).
Coordinate onboarding activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for new graduates.
Assist with the coordination of graduate recruitment campaigns, including advertising, application management, and interview
