Our client, Polestar, a highly innovative luxury automotive brand, is seeking a Technical Operations Lead to join their Technical Operations team. As a member of the Technical Operations team and Subject Matter Expert for Polestar Australia, you will ensure quality by providing accurate and timely repair information to Service Partners and internal teams. Acting as the key contact between local Polestar Service Points and Global Quality teams, you will support ongoing improvements and assist in managing technical training and e-learning pathways for Polestar technicians.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for:
Provide technical support to the Polestar network via the Polestar Nebula Technical Support system, as well as internal technical support for various departments.
