As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will:
Initially works within the Systems Team to complete field technician duties and backfill for other members of the Systems Team.
Focus on redeployment tasks related to hardware (factory resetting mobile devices, activating/deactivating SIMs, Intune reset of Windows devices).
System Administration duties including Webex, telephony reporting and access management tasks.
User administration of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
