We are a wholesaler for automotive glass.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Acacia Ridge, QLD.
- Your primary focus is to efficiently provide service to the customers, fulfilling their purchase
orders and attending to their queries via phone, email, over the counter.
- Using ERP to ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and all sales are invoiced in a timely manner.
- Organising paperwork for pick up / delivery runs / freight orders efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Admin duties
Must be punctual, have a clear speaking voice, be computer literate, a quick learner with attention to detail.
This position is full time, 38 hours per week.
