Job Summary:
The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving strategic business growth across the Pacific region, focusing on expanding Interwell's presence in the Oil & Gas and Low-Carbon sectors. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, sales, and technical expertise in well intervention, completion tools, and sustainable energy projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing new partnerships, pursuing high-impact opportunities, and managing complex projects to achieve company objectives.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Sales Strategy:
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in both traditional and low-carbon energy markets, including oil & gas, geothermal, and carbon capture utilization & storage (CCUS) projects.
• Promote Interwell’s comprehensive solutions to key industry players across the region, focusing on both well intervention and sustainable energy technologies.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share, including new market entries and partnerships with high-potential clients.
• Lead efforts in customer relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
• Client Engagement & Project Management:
• Build and maintain a robust network of clients in the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, and regional partners.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals for tenders, including contract negotiations and bid submissions.
• Oversee the execution of well completion and intervention projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Reporting:
• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present regular business development and sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and opportunities.
• Technical & Operational Expertise:
• Provide technical support and guidance on completion tools, well intervention, and emerging low-carbon technologies such as CCUS and geothermal energy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, and legal to deliver customized solutions that meet client specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest innovations in downhole tools, well intervention technologies, and sustainable energy solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies.
• Engage with global engineering teams to develop technical solutions that address client challenges.
• Support all tender processes and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field (preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and project management in the oil & gas industry, with a strong understanding of low-carbon energy markets.
• Proven track record of success in building and managing client relationships, especially in completion tools and well intervention projects.
• Expertise in managing complex technical projects and securing contracts with major operators
• Experience in managing sustainable energy projects, including CCUS and geothermal energy.
• Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/SAP) and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different cultures and markets.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed.
