The Trustee for Pimpama S Trust trading as Domino’s Pimpama is seeking to employ a full-time Retail Manager at our Pimpama location. The position is full-time and permanent for at least 38 hours per week.
Applicants will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities but not limited to:
In charge of the store operations
Ensure that all operations of the company are running smoothly
Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
Determining product mix, stock level control including stock counts and stock orders
Cash control including bank deposits and keeping records of financial transactions
Staff Management including preparing weekly roster, supervision, training and selection
Setting and implementing service standards. When necessary organise training for the improvement of staff
Oversee marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
Formulating and implementing purchasing policies and setting prices
Liaising with suppliers, vendors etc
Liaising with Internal Accounts department and external accountants
Setting budgets for the business and updating retail price with increase wage cost
Statutory compliances and ensuring compliance with OH&S
Other duties required to run the business
You must have the following to be considered for this role:
Must have a relevant qualification that is AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and least 3 years of full-time work experience.
Salary offered to the successful applicant is between $73,500 to $78,500 (offer varies on your skills and experience)
