We are looking for a competent Cementing Maintenance Technician to join our team at our headquarters in Roma QLD.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Operate Cement Bulker
* Check and assist with layout of equipment on site
* Check equipment for cleanliness and function test if necessary
* Check loads are correct as well as strapping loads
* Clean up of cement unit
* Blending of cement blends
* Assist with disassembling machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
* Conduct inspections of parts and equipment for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.
* Assist with reassembly of equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs.
* Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
* Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
* Record repairs and maintenance performed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the Oil & Gas Sector.
* At least diploma level qualification relevant to Mechanical or Science/Engineering.
* Sound IT skills
* High level of professionalism
* Excellent customer service skills
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (commensurate to skills and experience)
