What We Need:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring top-notch project execution for our clients. You will oversee and execute projects and surveys, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget throughout their lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, acting as their main point of contact. You will collaborate daily with both internal and external teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

We are searching for someone with a keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the project are meticulously managed.

We need someone with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Lead and Coordinate Projects: Take charge of projects from start to finish, setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely progress. Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop deep, meaningful relationships with Forsta’s Surveys customers. Understand their needs and provide exceptional service using Forsta products.
  • Communication and Updates: Keep management informed with regular updates on project and account statuses.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers.
  • Comprehensive Project Management: Handle all aspects of customer projects, including proposal writing, execution, and invoicing.
  • Team and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support project needs.
  • Daily Interactions: Engage with customers, vendors, and internal departments via phone and email to ensure smooth operations.
  • Key Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, providing timely solutions and driving daily business activities.
  • Client Immersion: Deeply understand clients’ businesses, including their challenges, objectives, and industry landscape. Know their business model and what success looks like for them.
