Bendas Installations BENDAS INSTALLATIONS PTY LTD T/AS Benda's Installation Services is looking for an experienced full time car audio and electronic equipment installer who has the skills and knowledge to work alone both in the workshop and on the road. The position is based Matraville, NSW. Salary: $80,000 - $85,000pa + super depending on your experience. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Main Duties: • Car audio installer (radios, amplifiers, speakers, crossovers) • Audiovisual systems installer (car entertainment systems, screens, video interfaces) • Reversing & dash camera installer • Security system installer (GPS tracking, parking assistance) • Professional audio tuner (DSP tuning, time alignment, speaker parameter adjustment) Key Responsibilities: • Must be able to install or replace electronic equipment such as radios, car entertainment systems, reversing and front cameras, parking sensors, GPS locators, alarms. • Must be able to adjust parameters and setup all of the systems above so they work properly. • Must be able to demonstrate all the work to the customer and talk them through all the new functions and how to use them. • Must be able to tune or re-tune audiovisual systems according to customers needs (adjusting volume, time alignment, crossovers, speaker parameters etc). • Must be able to use necessary diagnostic tools such as multimeters and oscilloscope to troubleshoot problems and fault find electrical and audio issues. Qualification & Experience Essential Skills Criteria: • minimum a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications or equivalent qualification • at least 2 years of relevant experience is required • at least 3 years work experience in the absence of the formal qualification • demonstrated competency in installing and operating electronics equipment; • knowledge of audio visual equipment • able to study plans, diagrams, schematic, and manuals to complete the required work • understands and able to use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • highly developed customer service skills; • excellent oral communication skills; • must have excellent grooming and presentation • weekends shifts might be required Application deadline: 10 November 2024 About Company Benda’s Installation Services is a family-run business based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, proudly servicing the Sydney Metro Area.
