About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Laboratory Assistant to join our award-winning team in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a permanent, full time, alternating shift roster, including two (2) Saturday's per month.
As an Assistant you will:
Ensure samples are sorted and registered correctly in a timely manner
Analyse samples in a professional manner following appropriate documentation
Undertake appropriate levels of general laboratory housekeeping
Manage and receive stock as required
Ensure all tasks are undertaken in a safe an appropriate manner following procedures where applicable
Display care in the use of company instrumentation, tools and property
Analysis of routine samples as designated.
Correlation of data
Housekeeping
Equipment maintenance.
