Red Dirt Auto Electrical Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Parts Interpreter/Administration professional to join our team in Broome, WA. This full-time role is integral to the smooth operation of our automotive workshop, ensuring our customers receive the parts they need quickly and efficiently.
What youll be doing
Interpret customer needs and identify the correct parts required for a wide range of vehicles and equipment
Liaise with suppliers to source and order parts in a timely manner
Maintain detailed inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimised
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues
Assist with general administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry and filing
Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the workshop
