About The Role
We are seeking a Grade 2 Social Worker to join our compassionate dedicated team at Peninsula Private Hospital. With our focus on providing patient-centered care, our Social Workers play a crucial role in supporting patients in hospital settings.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team on our inpatient wards, working with experienced healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans. You will be responsible for providing emotional support, counselling and practical assistance to patients and their families to ensure a smooth discharge.
Your Skills and Experience
A bachelors or masters degree in social work
Relevant experience working as a Social Worker in a hospital setting, with experience in an acute ward setting.
