Project Administrator – Sydney, NSW

Our client offers integrated advisory, project and asset management solutions across the Social, Commercial, Transport, Utilities and Energy sectors to deliver city-shaping and nation-building infrastructure. This company has partnered with many of Australia’s most iconic businesses, Local, State and Federal Government entities, and Not-For-Profit bodies.
Innovation and sustainability are at the heart of every project, and they are now seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their large team.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Tenure: Permanent and Full time
Key responsibilities of the Project Administrator will include:
• Attend project, client and internal meetings as required and assist with the preparation of reports, minutes, agendas and other project documents under the direction of senior staff.
• Provide support for staff on projects to meet client requirements and business targets, developing and reviewing variations to contracts, projects and services provided, where needed.
• Ensure the smooth running of project processes, reviewing correspondence and documentation and escalating issues to senior management
• Gather and analyse data associated with projects undertaken and report on the results.
• Adhere to the reporting requirements of the Integrated Management System (QA) as/when required.

• A Diploma (or higher) in an industry-related discipline, such as architecture, building, engineering or project management.
• Minimum 2-3 years (preferably much more) of Project Management experience.
• Have well developed skills in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• You must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.
