Matso’s Broome Brewery is currently seeking energetic and efficient Demi Chefs to join our small team in Broome
2 Full-time, 38hr/week position is available.
Key responsibilities & required skills:
Ensure at all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity;
Planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies;
Adhere to Food safety procedures and ensure a safe and hygienic workplace for staff and customers;
Ensure that all dishes reach the passé correctly garnished, the correct portion and size, presented on the prescribed serving dish in the prescribed manner;
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation;
Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards;
Ability to work well within a team environment or autonomously as required; and
Ability to be flexible with shifts, a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required.
