-Worked on Agile tools to capture requirements as part of Epics and User Stories.
-Act as a bridge between business and development team to address functional requirements.
-Delivery of all requirements, perform testing and adhere to the change management process.
-Responsible for creating training materials and conducting training.
-Identify opportunities to optimize Salesforce and AI systems, ensuring they adapt to changing business needs.
-Periodic updates to the business as part of stakeholder management.
-Minimum 12 years of overall experience in the CRM domain.
-Minimum 5 years experience as Salesforce Business Analyst with in depth knowledge on Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Field Service and Experience Cloud).
-Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools are required. AI Certification will be a plus.
-In-depth knowledge of system integration is required.
-Domain knowledge on the financial or manufacturing and worked on end to end implementation on these domains.
-Experience with end-to-end projects and implementation lifecycle.
-In Depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies and worked on Agile projects.
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Bachelor's degree or MBA from a renowned institution. Post Graduate candidates are preferred.
