The Role:
As part of their commitment to growing their college in the Australian market they are now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team. This role will give you exceptional exposure to creating multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire new student enrolment and to help build brand loyalty and retention in the existing student base.
The role on hire is for a full-time Marketing Specialist based in Gold Coast, Queensland at an annual salary set between $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience, plus superannuation.
The Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve agreed business targets and within time and budget constraints.
Plan, design, develop and execute marketing campaigns in local and international environment
Effectively managing campaigns: budget allocation, completing briefs, timely delivery and execution to maximise exposure, relationship building and sales opportunities.
Input into copywriting and proofing of advertisements, publications and regular communications.
Prepare creative briefs, proofing and editing marketing material
Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, develop and implement ideas.
Research potential demand and develop all marketing strategies for new and existing programs and services.
Develop and coordinate production of all printed, online and multimedia marketing materials
Effectively liaising with other departments of organisation, associated channel partners, international education agents and students, colleges and Universities, migration agents to promote the business
Liaise with various agents to maximise the exposure of the business, its working and its policies
Develop, implement and evaluate a communication & marketing strategy in line with brand protocols.
Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, industry developments and competitor’s activities to identify market opportunities.
The Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing field
Strong campaign management and market research abilities.
At least 3 years’ of experience in social and digital marketing (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads).
Must have at least 3 years of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Proven cross-cultural skills
Expertise in managing social media and conducting seminars
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to work well independently and to collaborate gather information to form marketing strategies
Demonstrate ability to make decisions and act with initiative to identify and resolve problems
