Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include
• Lead and manage the FOH Team to excel in Customer Service levels
• Be an empowering leader by providing training, motivation and support to the FOH Team
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist the Senior Management team in exceeding financial targets for the business
• Ensure compliance with all Company Policies and Procedures, including gaming and liquor license regulations
