About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact for our customers and contractors.
• Oversee the onboarding process– blowing our workers away with first impressions.
• Skillfully manage timesheet and payroll enquiries
• Educate and empower contractors on our cutting-edge systems and processes.
• Contribute to the excitement of new customer implementations.
• Tackle administration tasks, run customer reports, and maintain impeccable documentation.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers, contractors, internal teams, and external partners.
