Prepares hot food. Proofs, rolls, shapes, adds toppings or fillings and bakes items, such as pizzas, chicken and soft pretzels. Slices pizza, puts baked items in warmer. Steams hot dogs and buns.
Rings up sales, collects money, makes change.
