Great South Coast Migration Objective: To plan, coordinate and control GenX Group’s manufacturing processes. You are to ensure that all resources are effectively used, costs are minimised, quality standards are maintained and the operation is conducted in a safe and environmentally conscious way. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for: - Managing project builds including custom commercial, retail and residential structures - Work closely with the other team members on the factory floor and prioritising tasks to meet project deadlines - Negotiating with Project Managers to achieve a balanced outcome for the company - Managing the QA checks for all manufactured and third party products, as required - Reviewing and continuously improving the production process to achieve on time and on budget projects. - Coordination of daily cutting lists & duties to ensure deadlines are met - Ensuring staff adherence to OH&S policies Knowledge, skills and attributes: To be able to identify, analyse and solve problems A high level of organisational planning and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong motivational abilities To be able to work independently or as a part of a team Qualification and experience in the carpentry trade, including the ability to work with a range of materials About Company Based in Sunshine West, GenX Group is a bespoke shopfitter & manufacturing fit out company working with a number of clients to deliver high quality projects.
