POSITION
We have a full-time position available for a Retail Supervisor in Mareeba, 4880.
SKILLS
Supervisor position:
• Hold at least an AQF (or equivalent) Certificate III; and
• Have at least 1 year experience (minimum of 20 hours per week).
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
POSITION DUTIES
You will need to undertake the following duties:
• Ensure customers receive efficient and friendly service, maintaining high standards in customer satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or feedback.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, or service, working to resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Plan and manage daily staff schedules, assigning roles and shifts.
• Conduct interviews, participate in hiring processes, and provide on-the-job training to new employees on store protocols and operational procedures.
• Regularly monitor stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and other supplies, placing timely orders to avoid shortages and maintain optimal inventory.
• Ensure that all food items are prepared, presented, and packaged in accordance with Domino’s quality standards.

• Identify operational challenges or inefficiencies, recommending and implementing solutions to optimise store operations.
SALARY
The successful applicant will receive a salary from $65,000 to $75,000 based on qualification and experience.
