The Legal and Audit Division is a specialist in-house practice that supports lawful implementation of the Departments objectives by advising on the management of legal risk as well as providing legal advice, litigation and dispute resolution services, legal training and legislation services. The DVA Summer Clerk Program will give current law students in their penultimate year of study the opportunity to work in an in-house Commonwealth Government legal practice. Under the direction of government lawyers, they will gain exposure to an in-house legal practice and acquire practical workplace experience. Duties
