We are currently recruiting for an energetic, smiley, bubbly, creative, and proactive CAFE MANAGER to lead our team.
As the head of our management team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the café and you must be experienced in café management and able to demonstrate the following:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a café manager
Manage day to day operations of a busy café
Have Barista experience with an understanding of coffee
The ability to manage and constantly train/up-skill staff
Develop and establish rosters to suit the needs of the café
Ability to deliver and stick to budgets and targets including operational costs
Communicate effectively with staff across all levels all including kitchen and management
Strong leadership qualities to get the best of your team
Clear understanding of food and beverage operations
Maintain and deliver policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service and food safety practices

-Must remain detailed oriented in regards to daily operations
-A passion for hospitality, people and be 110% customer focused
-Flexible availability as our trading times are 7 days a week
-A hard-working attitude
-Excellent communication whereby you will create positive relationships with our customers

-Fluent English
-Experience in leading a team
The position is a Full Time position and does involve weekend work. Salary range $74,000-$75,000 plus superannuation.
