Opportunity:
We are currently seeking an experienced senior Marketing Manager to join our team, The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible to lead the development, implementation and optimisation of marketing strategies and associated initiatives across a broad portfolio. Driving the team to execute and deliver performance through impactful advertising campaigns and initiatives through fully integrated marketing campaigns to meet growth and product divisional objectives.
Key responsibility:
• Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing strategy to reinforce brand image and loyalty
• Manage End to end marketing campaigns ensuring it is completed accurately, on time and within budget
• Create and set the entire marketing mix using actionable insights for Innovation, New Product Development, Packaging, Pricing and Promotion initiatives
• Build nurturing and long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally such as Insights, Category, retail channels, food service providers and agencies
• Formulate and lead marketing activation and proactive customer engagement calendars including key trade shows
• Work closely with regional teams and tailor content from global and regional teams to make them locally relevant
• Work with external stakeholders for new regional market expansion such as Western Australia
• Collaborate closely with operations team to ensure all marketing promotion are implemented and effective communication with customers
• Manage Marketing budgets & actual spending
• Provide regular reporting and forecasting on customer attrition and active use
Requirements:
• Strong background in marketing, campaign and media planning, creative production processes across offline and online
• Prior experience in leading marketing team
• Demonstrated strategic agility with the ability to take a vison implemented
• Strong attention to details, with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for different audiences
• Results driven
• Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills
• Ability to interact effectively
• Decision maker and problem solver
• Passion in Marketing
• Willingness to conduct business trips as required
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is Essential
