Property Developer growing their Development, Design and Project Management team across the Aged care and Retirement/Assisted living.
Specializing in Aged Care, Assisted Living Communities, the team are currently looking for a Design Manager to work closely with the Development Managers to drive projects from feasibility to construction.
Getting involved in Site analysis, master planning, creating the client brief, responsible for appointing architects, engineers, construction award, managing the external consultant procurement, and overseeing design and delivery of projects on to site construction.
This Individual will come from Design Management Construction background, years experience, or Client side Design Management experience would be highly regarded.
