Details: Under limited supervision you will be required to exercise statutory powers and delegated judicial powers of a Deputy registrar as well as provide high level policy and legal advice affecting the ACT Supreme Court.
To achieve this, you must demonstrate:
Experience in providing high level advice/justice administration on complex legal and procedural matters with the ability to interpret and apply the legislation whilst balancing the competing needs of stakeholders;
The ability to prepare high level written and oral advice that is evidence-based to determine matters;
Leadership and management skills which support the development and implementation of programs that will motivate, encourage and support
