Job description
Our valued State Government client has multiple temporary opportunities in their team commencing 28 October through to 20 December (with possibility of extension).
In this role you will work within a busy team that respond to high volumes of email and telephone correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively negotiate and take action to recover outstanding revenue and finalise debts.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proven negotiation or debt collection experience highly desirable
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently and effectively navigate multiple office computer systems to input, manage, retrieve and analyse information
Work collaboratively within a team environment
