Work as a Collections Officer for a Call Centre based in Melbourne's CBD.
This role is fully office based and hours are between 8am and 8pm (8 hour shift) 9am-6pm and 12pm-8pm
The salary for the positions are between $52,500 to $57,000 plus superannuation
Role responsibilities:
Collect payments from clients through inbound and outbound calls
Managing an inbox of emails
Assisting clients on any queries they may have
Assisting clients with making payments
Being the first point of contact for the call center
Assisting clients in financial hardship
Adhering to company KPI's such as call handling times
Resolving outstanding debts
Working within a team environment
To be successful in this role:
Previous collections experience preferred but not necessary
Customer service experience required
Previous experience working within Telecommunications industry preferred
Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work to KPI's and adhere to company policies
Good communication skills both written and verbal
High degree of empathy
Problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
