Overview:
BVN is inviting expressions of interest from exceptional Architectural Graduates, who are experienced in a Clinical Planning Support role, to join our Brisbane studio. This is an exciting, dynamic full-time position that requires an adept and experienced individual to significantly contribute to key projects at BVN.

The role:
• Responsibility of assisting the Clinical Planning Lead with the clinical planning.
• Attend user group meetings to assist Clinical Planning Lead alongside development of clinical planning, applicable to a range of departments.
• Assist Clinical Planning Lead with coordination with external groups.
• Liaise with clients while representing BVN at meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate and work closely with the project team to develop projects and prepare documentation, including construction documentation and Room Layout sheets.
We are seeking someone with the following:
• Solid 2-5 years professional experience in the health sector with a focus on assisting with clinical planning.
• A general understanding of the Queensland Health CIRs, and AusHFGs.
• Understanding of the built environment and Australian codes and standards.
• Experience with problem solving.
• A collaborative nature and approach to design.
• A positive, innovative, capable, and dynamic approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills, particularly written and verbal.
• Strong technical knowledge, including experience in the preparation of construction documentation for clinical fitouts.
• Diligent, methodical, and thorough approach to documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with Project leads and teams.
• High level experience in the production of Room Layout sheets.
• Revit capability is essential.
• A working knowledge of dRofus software will be well regarded.

Qualifications & salary range
• Master of Architecture or equivalent.
• Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 pa. incl. of superannuation, commensurate with experience.
