Hotel Kununurra is currently seeking energetic and efficient Cooks to join our team in Kununura.
3 Full-time positions, 38hr/week position is available
Our venue consists of a 45-room hotel, sports bar and restaurant for hotel guests and the community. Many of the up to 40 staff also live on-site and this is a very busy hotel to live, work, experience and explore the Kimberley region.
Key responsibilities & required skills:
Efficiently prepare and cook to a high quality, a range of meals for our catering, restaurant and pub menus under supervision;
Adhere to Food safety procedures and ensure a safe and hygienic workplace for staff and customers;
Demonstrate a commitment to total customer satisfaction with the kitchen team to provide excellent product quality, flavour and presentation;
Participate in maintaining the kitchen to the highest cleanliness standards;
Ability to work well within a team environment or autonomously as required; and
Ability to be flexible with shifts, a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, evenings and early mornings is required.
