Queensland Migration Practice delivers specialised immigration services to assist our clients with migrating to Australia. Our professional Immigration Lawyers and Registered Migration Agents practice in a full range of Visa and Citizenship Services throughout Australia, with offices conveniently located in Brisbane CBD and on the Gold Coast.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our Brisbane team on a full time basis.
You will join an experienced team of professional staff who have over 15 years of experience each, so you will be well-supported and have access to expertise across a range of visa classes.
ABOUT THE JOB
Day to day duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Providing advice and immigration assistance across a range of visa subclasses
• Utilising migration assistants for data entry and other administrative tasks
• Preparing and lodging applications
• Liaising with DOHA and other industry bodies
• Advising and supporting clients throughout the process
• Maintain client files through Migration Manager
• Assist the sales team by responding to enquiries and assessing eligibility of leads
ABOUT YOU
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law or a related field, such as the Graduate Diploma of Australian Migration Law and Practice
• Current MARA registration
• At least three years of work experience as a Registered Migration Agent
• Experience managing at least two of the following visa classes: partner, parent, employer sponsored or skilled migration
• A down-to-earth approach in client management
• A calmness under pressure
ABOUT THE PACKAGE
We are offering a generous salary package commensurate with experience, in the vicinity of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum. The package includes superannuation, MARA registration, CPD training, PPI, Legend access and car parking.
