Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 plus super plus commission

As a Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and prospects
• Developing knowledge of role types within your specialised technology vertical
• Investing time in understanding client’s business goals and adding value through creative and cost-effective staffing solutions
• Qualifying role requirements and candidate specifications
• Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates building talent pools of high calibre professionals
• Understanding and managing candidate expectations
• Communicating steps and time frames of recruitment processes
• Sourcing, screening, qualifying, selecting candidates utilising industry leading tools
• Developing and maintaining a prospective customer portfolio
• Generating and developing new business
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process utilising our ATS (JobAdder)
• Developing and providing market insights and intelligence
About You
• 3+ years’ experience in sales, recruitment or customer service in a hands-on operational environment
• Extensive experience managing customer relationships through regular contact on the telephone or in person
• Highly motivated by meeting and exceeding targets in a target-driven environment
• Intrinsically customer-service led and committed to delivering an exceptional experience to your customers
• Strong influencing skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Exceptional communication (written and oral) skills
• A passion for solving problems through to the end
