H & Z Enterprise Solutions PTY LTD(trading as Floral Desire) Position Description: • working together with a large team • experienced in all aspects of floristry • answering the phone and taking orders, providing advice and offering product knowledge. • Ability to work alone and minimal supervision. • Full fill all orders received via website • Be creative and confident and willing to learn business designs • Handle and process fresh flowers ensuring quality and freshness on market mornings • Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone assisting customers with their floral needs and offering expert advice. • Treat flowers to extend their life • Pack and provide quality wrapping of floral arrangements and include message cards on request • Arrange prompt delivery of arrangements • Create unique floral arrangements as per client specifications. • Willing to assist with large event floral installation and delivering floral arrangements for corporate events and special occasions. • Perform various tasks including store maintenance, inventory management. Qualification & Experience Qualification & Experience Requirements of position • AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV and at least two years of relevant work experience or three years of work experience to substitute formal qualification.
