About the Role:
Our training division are currently seeking an administrator to join the team, based at our Hamilton Office. Play a key role in growing our trade upgrade team while also supporting the Training Manager with day-to-day operational administration duties. 
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Manage recruitment for Trade Upgrade intakes in Queensland and New South Wales
Scheduling and booking review sessions
Process Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) applications
Claiming of apprenticeship funding
Facilitate apprenticeship and TAFE enrollment
Handle payroll administration
Organise bookings for training and high-risk work
