Business Development Manager | Brisbane or Gold Coast | Up to $130K Super Car Allowance Commission (Quarterly)
The BDM will be vital in driving growth, increasing profits, and enhancing our client's market presence through strategic planning and execution. Experience of selling wholesale building consumables, safety equipment or construction materials, HVAC or fire safety equipment would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales via effective lead and territory management, and events.
Build relationships, handle objections, and collaborate with sales leadership to close deals.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
Develop and enhance relationships through targeted prospecting.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with Key Account Managers to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback for improvement.
