Purpose:
Deliver effective leadership and management to the Asset service unit, through informed decisions to deliver safe and high-quality infrastructure. To coordinate and manage the development and delivery of best practice asset management systems, processes, and practices.
What you will do:
Mentor, supervise, lead, and provide guidance to the Assets Service Unit.
Manage the development and periodic review of Policies and Strategies, provide input for key objectives and performance indicators.
Manage and guide the development of the Asset Management Framework (Policy, Strategy, Plans, Processes and Systems) that is in line with existing strategic objectives.
Manage the infrastructure asset revaluations process, produce regular reports and presentations.
