The Macmahon team is currently extending an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Coordinator - Labour Support position for our QLD Maintenance Division. This initiative marks an expansion of our established labour services within Macmahon. Key Responsibilities:
Client and Candidate Management: Efficiently fill high-volume job orders and respond swiftly to both client and candidate needs. Manage client relationships and maintain high-quality customer service.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes and interviewing candidates to onboarding and performance management. Ensure compliance and transparency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Rostering and Scheduling: Create and manage rosters to meet client demands and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, terminations, and addressing payroll and
