Reporting to the Export Operations Supervisor, your duties will include but not limited to the following
Act as a key contact for allocated customers
Be the key point of contact for overseas offices and agents
Create and confirm transport orders to ensure pickup of shipments
Ensure customer requirements are met and documents are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Follow-up shipment status in the export area, identify incidents and ensure resolution of any incidents
