Job Title: Aboriginal Partnerships Lead Location: Parramatta, NSW/WFH About the Position: This role focuses on establishing long-term partnerships with Traditional Custodians, knowledge holders, and relevant organisations within the Western Sydney area. The aim is to integrate First Nations knowledge into ongoing management practices across the region. Key responsibilities include facilitating a partnership panel concept, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and guiding the development of strategies to support cultural engagement initiatives. Key Accountabilities:
Develop and facilitate partnerships that promote First Nations knowledge.
Strengthen relationships with various stakeholders and representatives.
Ensure meaningful representation in governance structures.
Manage programs related to cultural access and engagement.
Contribute to the development of training programs that enhance cultural awareness.
Success Measures:
The applicant identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
Collaborate with various teams within the organisation.
