Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships and Client Relations
Own and Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our most strategic partners, including some of Australia?s most innovative businesses, driving them to enhance their customer experience and strategies.
Consult and Advise: Guide top partners on their strategy, ensuring program adoption across various tools and services. Foster long-term user relationships that grow loyalty and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership on account management, marketing, business development, customer service, and other key stakeholders to deliver a gold standard experience.
Sales Skills: Leverage sales techniques to identify new opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
