Our client, an innovative luxury home builder, is seeking an experienced Site Manager for 4 weeks to lead 2 impressive architecturally designed projects based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead a dedicated team and grow their network within a well-regarded, high-end builder.
Start Date est. 29th July.
The Role
As a proactive Site Manager, you?ll be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward, including:
Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure worker protection.
Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.
Minimal hands-on work required.
About You
Ideally trade qualified with a strong background in carpentry & understanding of construction methodology.
