The Eligibility Officer will assess claims, make decisions to accept/reject claims, and transition claims to Case Managers. The role involves calculating PIAWE, advising Dispute Resolution Managers on decision rationale, and identifying claim recovery potential. Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation, resilience to achieve business objectives, and analytical and communication capability are key to success in this role. The role
