The Company Our client is a leading subscription based accounting firm who offer tax and bookkeeping services to their small to medium client portfolio. They are quickly making a name for themselves in the market through the delivery of their bespoke services across all accounting functions. The Role As the Accountant you will be responsible for delivering end to end accounting support to your client portfolio of approximately 100 clients. You will support the onboarding process of new clients and be crucial in ensuring that small business owners' financials are compliant. Your core duties will include:
Accounts payable/receivable
Payroll
Set-up and maintain accurate financial records for clients on Xero.
Client management
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
Processing of year-end adjustments
About You
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
