Task & Responsibilities We are seeking a full-time qualified Contract Administrator who will be responsible for: Administering contracts and subcontracts related to the procurement and distribution of specialty artisan produce, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions in line with Two Providores' commitment to premium quality and on-time delivery. Advising on and preparing contract variations and amendments to ensure alignment with legal, operational, and business requirements, particularly in relation to the sourcing and distribution of premium food products throughout NSW and the ACT. Assisting in the preparation of tender and pricing documentation for procurement processes involving both artisan and essential produce suppliers, supporting effective negotiation to ensure competitive and fair pricing for chefs and customers. Providing guidance on contractual obligations and interpreting contract terms for internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity in the distribution processes and adherence to the high service standards expected by Two Providores. Assisting in the resolution of contract disputes, claims, and other issues related to suppliers, transport logistics, or customer requirements, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth operations. Maintaining accurate records of all contract documents, correspondence, and project-related documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability in all dealings with suppliers and service providers across NSW and the ACT. Escalating issues related to non-compliance with contract terms and proposing measures to mitigate risk, particularly where suppliers or service providers fail to meet the high standards of quality and delivery performance expected by Two Providores. Partnering with key stakeholders across the business, including procurement, sales, and logistics teams, to support decision-making related to supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer service objectives. Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contract administration, especially in relation to the timely and full delivery of produce, ensuring continual improvement in service delivery. Maintaining effective communication and fostering positive working relationships with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth contract execution and management, supporting Two Providores' reputation for exceptional customer service and premium quality. Qualification & Experience Tertiary degree qualified. Previous experience within a complex, high-volume environment, along with intermediate to strong Excel skills. A high level of analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to meet deadlines in a time-pressured environment with a can-do approach. Excellent communication, time-management, and organisational skills. Flexibility to work autonomously and in a team environment. Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar contract administrator position.
