We are a close-knit team, with an open-door policy looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Behavioural therapist who is solution focused and wants to take the lead demonstrating strong operational and clinical skills within our programs and the field of ABA. Working with and reporting to the Clinic Manager , you will be responsible for the implementation of ABA programs inclusive of skill acquisition and behaviour management for children in the home or school/community setting. 2 + years full- time equivalent demonstrated experience as a therapist in Applied Behaviour Analysis
Demonstrated ability to implement skill-based programs for a wide variety of abilities
A demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with families and clients
Commitment to quality delivery of service
Current First Aid certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC (Working with Children's Check)
