The Role:
As an Educational Leader, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes for children and families. Your leadership will be key in building the capacity of our educators by inspiring, motivating, and extending their practice knowledge and professional development!

Full-Time, 38 Hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Above award rates $36 - $38 per hour + EL bonus + superannuation
15 hours of program planning time plus an additional 1 hour per room
Create meaningful connections with children, families, and educators while inspiring and motivating others
You'll have the chance to unlock learning opportunities and deliver a safe nurturing learning environment for children, making a real impact every day.

Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA recognised qualification
Experience in Educational Leadership - you're a natural leader with the ability to inspire and empower others
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificate
Clear Police Check
