This role is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support with a key focus in the areas of, rostering, staffing, food safety, stock control management, reporting and other administrative tasks related to the catering department.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support work in stock control management, rostering and other administrative tasks related to the catering department for our NSW villages.
To coordinate labour hire requirements, staffing roster and inductions, competencies training, as well as authorising and reconciling timesheets.
Ordering of food products in line with Civeo systems, policies and procedures.
